I agree to provide electrical outlet capabilities for additional lighting that may be needed.

I understand that We Card Yards “WCY” staff reserves right to leave the event should their safety or equipment be threatened in anyway.

I understand that no refund will be given should WCY's staff have to leave the event due to safety concerns.

I understand that no refund will be given for failure to provide adequate space, electrical outlets and WiFi capabilities.

I understand that my date and time cannot be reserved without a 50% deposit.

I understand that WCY is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while operating machine.

I understand that I am responsible for any damages caused by myself or my guests.

I understand that all videos and pictures taken by WCY's remain the property of WCY's and may be used for advertisement purposes.
